its not the equipment that matters, but what you can do with it that counts
>t. average/below average penis
Rows and air bike.
yea came to write rowing machine too
Running outside + stationary bike.
Walking or running outside (it’s free) or biking/mountain biking (it’s infinitely more fun)
whats the difference between walking on a treadmill and walking in real life? both give the same result
>walking
Nuh uh.
>uneven ground
>wind resistance
>variable tempo
>biking/mountain biking (it’s infinitely more fun)
(and dangerous)
You wouldn’t get it even if it was explained to you. Go walk on a treadmill they both burn calories but no they’re not the same
Man honnestly if you can walk outside it's like a thousand times less boring, both works equally i mean a kilometer/mile is a kilometer/mile...
but i'd say that overall, the better is what you prefer and are consistent in doing. Long term commitment is the only way brother
have to dodge low IQ dog walkers outside
2$ skipping rope
Elliptical, it eliminates wear on your knees. Running destroys the cartilage in your knees over time.
I feel the opposite, my knees immediately get sore when I hop on the elliptical but running I have no issues, not sure why
I think it's due to the fixed path of the elliptical.
Elliptical.
Run outside.
sprinting is better for burning calories
The one you hate the least. Don't try to shoot for best or most calories burned per minute or whatever because if you hate it you will quit it. If most people didn't hate actually rowing more people would do. Go to a gym and try everything for weeks or even months before you drop cash on these or else you could just be paying for a dust collector.
elliptical with HIIT because it has less stress put upon the knees.
Why do people love rowing so much?
The one you are going to do 4+ times a week as opposed to once a month.
