cheese puffs are so good by i refuse to buy them on principle. they're mostly air, so the bag weighs nothing compared to similar-sized bags of chips for the exact same price.

How do I make potatoes like that? I’ve tried making them in an air fryer and idk they come out good but they’re not… right, like they’re just off.

Is it the oil? Should I try cooking my potatoes in a pan/skillet with some olive oil? How much oil do I log into my calorie tracker? How much oil do I use? Can I just simplify this and use 1-2 servings for the whole pan and just log that into my tracker?

cook in microwave a few mins after cutting them, let them dry out and lose some moisture, then fry them in oil or put them in your convection oven or "air fryer" as you call it

      >Cut potatoes into equal pieces
      >Boil until semi soft, like 10-15m
      >Drain and then let them stand on the stove in dry pot so the rest of the water will vaporize (important to get the golden crust). Also add salt here as it helps to draw moisture out of them.
      >Heat up pan to medium temp
      >Olive oil in, then the potatoes.
      >Let them sit there for a few min, dont move them around too much so they'll develop a nice crust
Can't tell you about the calorie counting thing I don't do that.

I made a 9 pound pork shoulder last month and had to freeze some, I’ve thawed the last 3-4 pounds so I’m gonna be eating good the next 4-5 days. I’ll make some rice and green beans or broccoli to go with it

That's the special occasion version. Normally I'd just bake the shrimp and have some veggies on the side.
