What's more impressive, a 3pl8 squat or a 2pl8 bench?

Neither
I see a lot more 2pl8 bench than 3pl8 squats
where does this come from?
I hit 260 for reps on back squat barely 2 months into 5x5 when i first started in the gym and i wasnt even eating above maintenance
maybe it's because i biked everywhere for about 6 months before going
but my squat is miles ahead of every other lift, and bench is my weakest
are people that afraid of getting guillotined?
I’m only 5’10 but have pretty long limbs; 32 inch inseam on legs and a 6’1.5 wingspan. Squatting to proper depth with the way my legs and proportions are is pretty difficult; I just hit 3pl8 1 rep max this week after 2 years or so of training. Hit 260lb 1rm on bench a few weeks ago to give an idea of where my upper body is at.
Most people skip legs but no self respecting gymbro skips bench

One upright triangle
Explain please, I fail to see a pattern
Pretty much this
Yeah I read it but it doesn't make sense because it's "cancelling" out triangles that were not in the first part of the so called sum
Think about upright triangles as positive numbers and downright as negative. Then you just do addition on the horizontal plane. First one is 2 upright triangles so 2 and 4 downright so -4. Conclusion is -2 so 2 downright triangles. The second part is 4 upright triangles in total and 1 downright triangle. So 3 which means 3 upright triangles and so on
There eight down and eleven up so it's three down so that there's an equal number of all.
He said in the Collums, not the sum of all other squares
The answer is top right. The up arrows and the down arrows cancel each other out in each collum. It's an addition problem where the bottom of the collum is the sum
>The up arrows and the down arrows cancel each other out in each collum
what? no they don't. even if you meant row they don't
I can't help you if you're a brainlet
???
how do you explain the down arrow dissappearing in the first column?
Assign the down pointed arrows a value of -1 and the up pointed arrows a value of +1. Then it's (+1-1+1)+(+1-1+1)= 1+1= 2
Shit you're right.
The same pattern works for the rows as well so that's cool
Neither are particularly impressive but I’d say three plate squat because a lot of people undertrain legs
middle bottom will make it so that there are equal up arrows and down arrows
brainharduse
Top right. These types of questions are all just looking at the diagonal. Right most arrow is removed with each step, and the left most arrow is constant.
What IQ test is this?
These are called ravens progressive matrices.
How about you shut up?
2/3/4/5 is when it starts to become impressive
I hit 2pl8 bench before 3pl8 squat so 3pl8 squat
I can see the merchant
