This is something like the 10th fricking vegan thread this morning.
You've got to give it a rest pal. No amount of demented shilling is going to get me to go vegan. You're literally dead wrong about 99% of your entire understanding of nutrition.
The idea that humans have evolved to thrive on a purely plant based diet is, by now, not only not even worth entertaining it's absolutely laughable as a premise.

Idk about the other anons, but I have tried being vegan before, and the results weren't that drastic to be honest, I didn't notice any real changes on my lifts or cardio and having to always watch what I eat and tell everyone I was vegan got annoying so idk. What I'm certain is that if you don't reply to this post your mom will die on her sleep tonight.

    I want to build muscle
    I want to feel good
I don't have cardiovascular disease, nor am I at risk for it
I want to eat a diverse range of food rather than 'plant, but slightly different than other plant'
I don't want to have to spend time preparing all kinds of shit that's either not gonna satiate me or give me bloat

Probably works for older people and people with cardiovascular disease, but for most people, this shit ain't it

All the people I know who are strictly vegan have weird skin. Not only does it look thin, like paper if you will, but it also has this weird textured look to it, like extremely fine sand paper or something. A coworker is very very pretty and has a nice body, and I think she’s into me, but the downside is that she’s a vegan and has this weird ass skin

So thats stopping me, along with all the other bad things like malnourishment and twig body

Trillion acre monocrops operations sprayed with pesticides/herbicides are destroying natural carbon trapping biomes that formed over millennia. So it's an ethical thing for me.

Vegans look weird and desaturated. They all have weird skin no matter how healthy they say they are. Keto and fasting as well as semen retention give incredible skin. It glows like the sun. Vegan skin reminds me of something like pig skin with mustard rubbed on it. Barf. Imagine the smell.

Vegetarianism is at least enlightened and doesn’t deny essential fats and nutrients. Veganism is nutritional suicide. Enjoy your irremediable deficiencies.
