What's the best alcohol for gains?

This Arab guy told me he shoots a lot of gin because it has 0 carbs in it. Also, my mom gets wasted with bourbon every night for the very same reason.

      can you post body? I don't doubt you, calorie counting works, it's the silver bullet every fat likes to ignore. But I am curious how alcohol effects body-composition on lifters during a cut.

    Drinking the equivalent of 10 to 15 standard drinks a day COMPLETELY shuts down your hypertrophy for the next 12 to 24 hours.
    Therefore, if you drink 10 to 15 cans of beer, or glasses of wine, or shots of tequila, you will unironically have 0% gains no matter what you do.

    Since researchers are autists unfamiliar with the concept of "nuance", we don't know much occasional or moderate alcohol consumption will hinder gains, and by how much. All we know is that drinking copious amounts of alcohol everyday will completely shut down your ability to get muscles.
