For eugays, this is the absolute best you can ever get at the best price. Sometimes €25 for 2kg, usually €30 for 2kg. Non-gmo, grass-fed, no lumps, no chemical taste. Buy this and never look back.
I bought the coffee caramel one pea protein just to taste and i enjoyed it but i think their shit is way too sweet to i just bought casein with no flavor on sale for 30 eur and i'll just flavour with some flavor drops or mix it with flavoured yogurt
got vanilla and thought I had to throw up
that shit is vile
chocolate hazelnut was stil
chocolate hazelnut still tasted very artificial but was actually edible
[...]
I've gone with the recommended flavors like salted caramel, white chocolate and cocos, and pictachio; none which taste chemical

Do you know any other europoor protein options. Myprotein and bulk have jacked the prices a lot.
the only other shop i know and bought from was masmusculo (another spanish one). HSN and them have the cheapest whey, it's the only option you really have
How the frick can they sell whey at €15/kg when literally every other seller charges double.
That's fishy as frick. I wouldn't trust their quality
Personally I buy from powersupplements
Picrel is the best that I've ever found (it's vegan and organic and mostly pea protein - which is a complete protein with all of the amino acids that you need) because I have acne-, eczema-, and rosacea-prone b***h skin (kill me), and whey is one of the few things pretty strongly linked to acne, eczema, and rosacea. So is skim milk and low fat milk - which is why I use calcium-fortified vanilla-flavored unsweetened almond milk (again - kill me). Chocolate is also linked to acne, even 100% cocoa - which sucks because I used to love eating high cocoa percentage (70%+) dark chocolate bars. They gave people capsules with 100% cocoa powder in them, and so no added ingredients like sugar, and they saw significant increases in acne lesions. Whole milk seems to be okay-ish according to a study that I looked at. Cheese, cottage cheese, and yogurt also seemed to be okay. Kefir actually reduced acne. Goat milk also seemed to not cause acne. And so combining those two by buying goat milk kefir (they sell it at Whole Foods) is probably a good idea. Goat dairy makes me gag though personally. A2 milk has also helped tons of people with their skin issues. Just thought I'd spread the info for all of my fellow fricked up skin sufferers.
Thanks
Turmric pepper ginger shot every morning + two uncut swallowed like pills pieces of garlic helped me a lot with this
I get worst breakouts with rapeseed oil tho
Usually with water, If I have calories to spare I will add milk and lots of ice cubes along with some 0cal syrup and blend. Shit is amazing, haven't had a regular milkshake in ages but I bet it doesn't taste as good as the one I make.
Depends on what whey I buy. The more premium quality stuff I own tastes and mixes well in water. The lower quality one needs some milk if I drink it in water. In that case I will mix it in 1 part milk, 2 parts water.
I really like biochem, mixes well without using a blender and it doesn’t have a weird flavor sunflower to it like some other “high-end” protein powders I’ve used despite it still containing sunflower lecithin.
The Biotech USA whey is one of the cheapest around (no free lunch) and a troubling number of reviews complain about the shit taste.
The last time I bought very cheap whey I was sick for a week. Currently I buy MyProtein impact whey because it's a reliable brand. If money was no object then I'd get Sponser premium whey hydro. https://sponser.ch/en/products/premium-whey-hydro-chocolate
biotech is just a cheap. It's ingredients are low quality hence the final prices. Why protein is something where you get what you pay for. I'd stick with Dymatize but if you're not budgeting try muscle feast. Been loving it so far. no I'm not associated with them but with they sponsored me.
if you're getting enough protein on your meals alone then probably not. If you want to chug an extra scoop or two (25-50g of protein) extra in a couple of minutes to supplement your workout because even with your meals you're only getting 100g of protein a day, then probably
For muscle building, I try to aim for 1,5g/kg-2kg (im 1,87 88kg) so 100g of protein is obviously not enough for me
The obvious benefit, atleast in my case, is that a hyperproteic diet makes me feel full, and as a former fatty, eating 160-180g of protein with 50g of that being in a shake really helps to curb cravings, even if there isn't a great benefit going beyond the 2g/kg of lean body mass
>ou're only getting 100g of protein a day,
Surely that's enough? It's 1G per lean body mass. Fairly certain even muscularl dudes not roiding have over a hundred pounds of muscle.
100g is plenty, anything beyond 160 has absolutely no effect, and beyond 100 is marginal. Maybe it would also depend on the timing and type of protein, if you took cassein before bed for example.

Maybe on amazon they have a few, but most proteins have become a lot more expensive, that's why i turned to hsn
whats the best vanilla protein powder. rn I'm been using leanfit for the past 2 months. Never tried a chocolate protein powder. If I did I would get a milk chocolate one
I looked into BioTechUSA Iso Whey Zero but then I read it had glucose syrup in it and I said nope, back to ON.
Seems to be the best combo of best tasting and of good quality. I hate to experiment with new brands and if the taste is shitty, now I have to drink 2 fricking kg of this shit cause it's expensive as hell and I cant just throw it away or return it.
Is Hyrdo Whey a meme? Optimum Nutrition sells the pic in OP as their standard powder, then whey isolate for $15 more dollars (I use this), and then Hyrdo Whey for $100 with a 30 day supply of it. How much more quality is the protein?
idk about best but I had the Costco dymatize iso 100 hydrolyzed chocolate. I mean it was fine with almond milk. I added pbfit when I drank with regular milk for like 2 weeks. I recently ran out and they only have fruity pebbles flavor now. I ordered the myprotein impact whey. ig I'll see how it be. the dymatize and myprotein ones are supposed to be cleaner.
Naked
Idk if it is but I had some grassfed unflavored whey from Amazon and I liked it
Based. Im surprised it isnt shilled more here. The only thing is it sucks at mixing and is a bit expensive.
it says raw whey, but does it taske like anything?
Like if I added it to water, would I hate myself?
Eggs
BASADO
I like Optimum nutrition and USN, I say that because that is all costco have. Its honestly pretty good though.
Yeah, ON seems to be the best in most lab studies.
It's in the name
Isopure zero carb
Isopure
The stuff in the scoop aisle at the grocery store. Everything else is a scam.

Thinking of ordering a few samplers of this HSN protein. How are the tiramisu and Caribbean vanilla flavors?
I wouldnt get anything with vanilla, best to read the reviews to get an idea of what flavors are good.

what's the cheapest protein powder that won't kill me?
just get Optimum Nutrition
choco pb flavor is crazy good
>choco pedobear
I like TrueNutrition but it all seems too good to be true.
This
price per what you get, bueno
>20g per serving
I’m good
post body Mr 5 Scoops
Food.
I've only tried two, but Muscle Milk is better than Orgain.
Anything that isn't flavoured shit
ON double chocolate is the only one I tried so far that didn't make me pinch my nose and drink it all in one go. The myprotein stuff just tastes bad
slightly more expensive, but digests so well.

Do you guys mix your powder with water or milk
Milk. Water and protein powder is disgusting.
grass-fed whole milk obv
anons who use water are subhuman
I use water.
DARKIE!
I've been adding it ice cream with some milk when I don't want to clean a blender.
Milk, yoghurt, quark, coffee, bread dough
I mix protein with eggs to make procake in the microwave oven
i use unsweetened almond milk
30 calories btw
Usually with water, If I have calories to spare I will add milk and lots of ice cubes along with some 0cal syrup and blend. Shit is amazing, haven't had a regular milkshake in ages but I bet it doesn't taste as good as the one I make.

Picrel is good enough, don't be a sperg
I just get Jarrow unflavored whey protein. Mix it with whole milk and add a bit of instant coffee.
this stuff
literally has only 1 ingredient on the label
no bs, no kid flavours
someone come tell me why im wrong
It mixes like shit, full of clumps

biotechUSA sells like hot shit in my gym. Dunno why but it's probably cause its a little south of ON or IsoPure in the pricing.
Supplment store owner swears by this shit too. I haven't tasted it yet and despite the perceived peer pressure I continue with Dymatize Elite 100%.
Is biotech actually all that good? higher on digestibility if you've used it?

Wtf is all that bullshit just tell me how much protein is in the scoop not by weight and volume fricking moronic ass powder
Yuropoor here, its half the price of others and tastes really good
I also use it for cooking and so far didn't have any problem.
its all the same shit
the difference is with what they add to make it taste sweet
would there be a noticeable boost if i start consooming protein whey only for a month and then drop it?

idk I use gold standard serious mass gainer, I'm still skinny as frick.
I drink a scoop a day with chocolate fairlife, lots of calories there.
Doesn't ON all have fake sweeteners these days?
which protein powder doesnt? you can't make it taste that good unless you sweeten it, and if you do it with sugar you're adding a shit ton of calories
>sweetener
Enjoy your cancer and/metabolic dysfunction.
Fortagen.

the kind that you use consistently.

Honestly taste and mixability? picrel, but it's expensive as frick
honestly as long as you get it from a reputable brand it's the same nutrition-wise
