most "honey" sold in supermarkets has precisely 0% honey in it; the rest is mostly polluted to shit with heavy metals, microplastics and pesticides. the only real healthy honey is honey from apiaries that are at least 10km from industry and major agriculture in all directions. also stay away from royal jelly and propolis - that shit is a waste product and consists mostly of allergens that provide no health benefits.

How bad is sucralose? Its in my protein powder

I personally avoid it becuase it can adversely affect those with anxiety. It affected me before I knew that.

      I do
      300 cals 40g protein
      >8oz 1% chocolate milk
      >1 serving unflavored whey
      >1 serving pb powder
It's probably better for protein absorption due to the spike in insulin that comes along with the high fructose corn syrup. I do this on a cut too.

I put a teaspoon of honey in my coffee but it actually makes it very sweet and makes my teeth sticky. Maybe I’ll use raw sugar or something.

My favorite sweetener is Erythritol (often sold as the brand “Swerve”) but I’m not sure how it is health-wise.

      Anonymous

Swerve is a mixture of 3 ingredients, erythritol is only one of them

Erythritol has been tentatively linked to heart problems. Link to the study in case you're interested: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41591-023-02223-9

If you take your coffee any way other than Black then you are a raging homosexual. Only children need to dump sugar in all their drinks.

You should still add a teaspoon of sugar per pot of coffee (preferably cane sugar). It brings out the more subtle flavors in the coffee.
