      This, plus low intensity cardio that gets you to 50-75% of your maximum heart-rate, for at least 30 minutes a day. Low intensity cardio is as simple as going for a walk (if you're out of shape), a light jog (if you're in shape already) or casual biking. Your body is more prone to burn fat stores rather than glucose during moderate/light exercise vs. high intensity exercise.
      If you're fat and your goal is to lose weight, build a solid base of daily habits that include portion control (eg. not exceeding your BMR everyday) and walking. Only after that's habitual, *then* incorporate things like weightlifting or higher intensity cardio and eat a little more food for muscle growth.

    For me, it's walking and sports (in my case tennis). Walking is extremely easy and doesn't make you tired and surprisingly burns a lot of calories and you'll notice a difference if you don't already do it. I know walking to places is a strange concept for ameritards but maybe you should try it.

      I walked from 300 pounds to 180. 1-2 hours a day. That plus learning about nutrition.Now I just walk to the gym, church, or grocery store.

      Weird side benefit is that my calves look insane and vascular.

      I take honey and cayenne pepper as my last 'meal' of the day, too.

    I asked chatgpt/gemini about increasing lipolysis and it said

    Fasting, so I now break my fast at 1400-1500 by doing IF

    Cold exposure, so now I go into a cold bath first thing in the morning to get thermic effect

    Caffeine, so I drink either some coffee or zero sugar energy drink while fasting

    Exercise, so I workout on an empty stomach before feasting

    I'm cutting for the first time with a 300-500 calorie deficit and seems to be going well.

    It's 21:01 and I'm a bit hungry though.
