      alot of videos I've seen talk about how it's harder to not get diarrhea or keep it in your blood as long as steak. I just buy more meat and break it up over more meals and feel alot more energetic compared to if I do the same with shakes don't matter if it's whey, egg, plant mix. do 7 days doing one and 7 days eating an equal amount of meat in protein and see how you feel at the end of each day.

      probably depends on where you live and the quality of the eggs/milk/meat
      I have an excel sheet which I update monthly, where I calculate the cost of protein/€ for all protein sources I consume and even with the ridiculous price increases whey is still the cheapest form of protein
      the only protein source which is cheaper here are oats, but those have a inferior amino acid profile like all plants

    I use it as intended, as a supplement.
    Getting to 120+ protein on food alone every day is ridiculous. So I make up for that difference with whey.
    But it tastes like shit. If I could get my macros comfortably with meat I would no doubt.

        cholesterol is atype of fat which is used then by the body to make hormeones ( testosteron included). That being said your body can only digest like 30g of protein per around 2 hours so in theory you will need to drink that whey every 2 hours which will cause a rapid intense spike in available protein.
        eating a healthy chunk of steak or beef or other meat will slowly release the protein into the system.
