    Mostly bullshit schizo vegan propagada. It's all based on like an index of chemicals people assign a value to rather than based on what any of them seem to do in isolation. Things can have multiple inflammatory and anti-inflammatory properties and they just math it out to where what they prefer people to eat is always right. There's also a lot of variation in immune response so what might be inflammatory for one person might not be for another (gluten).

    I’ve always had reflux and thought that that’s what some people mean when they’re talking about “inflammatory” it’s fricking hard to push weight when you’re burping up bread and stomach acid. But not all foods do that, if you’re paying attention to your bodily functions while lifting you’ll slowly recognize what does and doesn’t do it to you, but if not, be happy that you’re blessed

      I think this is unfortunately the best answer. Everybody is a little different, so you just need trial and error to determine what's inflammatory or not for you
