I never mock fat people at the gym, as a matter of principle. I only mock them outside of the gym. This is a creed we should all follow.

I mock them at every opportunity. They shouldn't be fat in the first place, and realising your mistake 300lb in is a poor excuse. Looking at them hurts me, so I must hurt them.

Fat dudes get my silent approval. I hate fat b***hes at the gym as they look at every good looking dude like he's another fricking donut to jam down their gullet; just another thing they are entitled to consume and shit out without a second thought. They think they're hot as shit and they think their shapewear and makeup will get them some chad to ride them to validate their 'curves' and support all the yasslighting other women give them on IG. I absolutely detest fat women at the gym and put them in the same bracket of disgust as flaming gay men with scorpion tattoos at the gym (AIDs patients). I'm likely blind to fat dudes being disgusting to people at the gym but I don't care, can't hate everyone lmao

So accurate. Gyms are filled with dudes who have so much test they will literally frick anything that moves. Then, huge fat pigs blush knowing these dudes will use them as a meatsack to release some of that pent up energy on. Absolutely worthless unkeepable c**ts.

I once saw a struggling fat guy and said the whole "It gets easier" bit. I cringe a little thinking about it, but the dude lost 30kgs and looks like a normal person now.
He always comes to greet me and small talk whenever we see each other.

Don't. A kind, sincere comment can fuel a man to unknown heights.
I still fondly think of that one time, 17 years ago, when some random woman, at a busstop, told me I had the kindest smile. I was just remembering something funny.

I usually think that it's cool they want to change, but usually I focus on the parts where its already over.

If you're walking with your feet pointing outward, it's over.
If you walk with your knees, it's over
If you are over 130kg, your skin won't come in again and it's over

I really appreciate the work they're doing, but for a lot of them, the damage is done and I hope they're just focusing on being the best possible version of themselves.
This probably sounds like I hate them, but honestly I'm just sad, picturing them being sad, seeing all this work end up in so much skin they'll be self conscious of. It makes me really sad, I hope I'm wrong man.

All you need to drop serious weight is to stop eating. Working out will do nothing for you. In fact it's more dangerous to do it while adjusting your diet. Seriously. Just stop shovelling shit into your mouth and the pounds will come off in a month or two, I promise. Maybe once you get down to 180 you can start weight training but there's no reason to do it before that. fix your fricking diet and stop drinking soda.

    Fat Gym Person here....
I realized I fricked up, I face fricked myself with food to the point of ILL health. Cut back 90% of the trash and started hitting the gym down 85lbs as of today.

Was actually curious what everyone opinion is on this was. The realization for a guy in my situation is that you absolutely cannot give a frick what people think. I had the gym anxiety for awhile there but quickly got over it. In fact when dudes be looking at you in the gym I think there is some form of insecurity and jealousy; we fricking have muscle and are strong as shit; its just covered up by fat. I yet to see one dude leg press half of what I can. Not that I want/try to compare myself, its just an observation...

But then again we are going to the gym for us and our benefit. My confidence, mobility, energy and strength are just fricking next level. It's a positive feedback circle at this point.

Maybe its a subjective person by person thing, but I have had nothing but positive interactions with people in the gym; in fact the gym people have been more positive than any other public place in my experience.
