    Pullups and chinups. If you cant breathe properly it doesnt matter if you can do 20 correct ones until failure, your blood will be constricted and wont enter your muscles for them to grow. I always leave with a tight chest and high blood pressure after doing even a few, those shits are fricking difficult to do
