If you care about your muscles. About 30 kg. If you don't care about that you can just stop eating until you reach your weight goal. A multivitamin and mineral water and some salt and you could stop eating until you reach your goal weight.

You'll still need some essential protein/amino acids to that, so add some yeast. Though it is doable.

The skin is an organ. There is fat underneath those rolls. Once she loses the fat the skin should readjust.

Trust me, the body doesn't keep unnecessary cells around. Your brain undergoes synaptic pruning for things that aren't utilized every day.
Fat cells also get consumed when not enough usage.

her face is a lot hotter and people wear clothes most of the time. if she gets naked she can turn the lights off with a husband who tolerates it. in many ways there is little downside here

you wouldn't want to be seen outside with her anywhere that involves being shirtless (i.e. anywhere involving warm weather and swimming). But I bet she could float pretty well

lolwut swimming, sure, but if you don't go to the beach 99% of people will never know what you look like without a shirt on. Even if you go to the beach, you don't have to take off your shirt. If she wore long linen pants or something nobody would see her legs either.

People say autophagy eats loose skin. A lot of long term water fasters swear by it. But I havent seen a case study or someone documenting their experience- only anecdotes from youtube and fasting threads.

Do you think surgeons would give her free surgery? I'm a fat frick myself losing weight, and cannot afford cosmetic surgery so I'm really paranoid I'll end up with tons of loose skin. But I thought maybe there are charitable surgeons out there who are willing to help ex-fatties out.

They became plastic surgeons specifically to make money off of people feeling insecure. What do you think?

Skin only stretches that much if you're ultra fat.

I dated a girl that I think lost a bunch of weight. She never actually told me that, but I noticed her stomach skin was kind of loose despite her stomach being flat. She walks 12 miles every single day and her social media didn’t have any pictures of her that were more than a year prior. Despite the loose skin, she was super hot. She was a great person too. I’m a fricking idiot for breaking up with her.

Just like the other threads with the fat roider, lose skin is only avoidable if you haven’t been fat for long and had a history of relative fitness before “letting go”. One of the reasons that one mother of 3 from years ago bounced back from pregnancy was she didn’t go ham eating for two and was only stretched out for however long it took for her to start showing outwardly she was pregnant.
    >How long is too long?
Gunt or fupa forming is a good indicator you’re going to have to have surgery. Once the skin sags, you’re SOL with diet and exercise alone fixing the skin problem. That elastic snaps all you can do is get the knife. The scars are better than the flab or flying squirrel suit.
