Those are way, way more than a year of work if you are over 6'. I know youtube influencers have people believing that the planche is doable, but it's not even close for most people. Closer to 1-arm chin than the rest of the moves. And that's 1-arm chin while pulling 5 plates, not 1-arm chin @ 140lb bw. Actually, let's throw 1-arm chin in there there too - tendonitis here we come.
I gave up weighted pull-ups years ago because the instant I do anything over BW I get tendonitis which doesn't go away for weeks.
You and everyone else. I am guessing it's progressing too fast though, since I seem to do fine when I add what's virtually a 45 plate in fat, just do less reps.
Honestly, jerking off for long sessions and being on the computer too much "adds up" and will lead to tendonitis.
I think it's the risk factor. They are fairly easy as I mentioned above, but get it wrong and you are at best spraining and ankle, face planting, or landing on your head and putting pressure on neck. You really have to frick up bad for the upside down head plant though.

Are people still dumb enough to do this? Why do you hate your brain so much that you're willing to give yourself a dozen micro concussions every week? Also everything else on your list is infinitely more impressive than 1/2/3/4. I've seen people hit all those numbers, I've never seen anyone do a standing back flip or free standing hand stand push up.
I am too intelligent, and need to bring myself down a few levels in order to relate to plebians like yourself.
My plan is to basically never spar without full gear and mostly just train.
I think it depends on the circles you run in. Some healthy teens learn the backflip in a couple of weeks. There is virtually no physicality in it, just a skill. Obviously there is a HUGE gap between doing it in the gym and being able to confidently do it on grass/concrete without a huge amount of risk. BF is definitely the easiest thing on my list, but people do consider it fairly impressive.
The thing with lifting is that it's very safe compared to virtually ANYTHING else, which is why you see a lot of older guys pulling 5 plate, kind of like distance running.
Seen both of them, but never ever have I seen a perfect planche in the calisthenics park. At best you'll see someone adv. tuck planche. I once saw a very badly executed straddle planche and it's still extreme for pretty much anyone. Those who do full planche and aren't gymnastics pros of 5'4 height are pretty much freaks all of them

Yea. What do you mean? You basically jump up and throw your head back and then pump your knees up. If you can do all of those, you can back flip. Main thing is not snapping your neck / spine / and landing fine.
Think I'll start by increasing my vertical first.
It doesn't need to be huge. If your vertical sucks, you will just land on bent legs. More air time gives you more comfort, but not significantly so.
Out of that list the free standing HSPU is the hardest and technically most impressive. Your vid related is a piss poor example of one thoughever.
From a spectator standpoint, you'll get more miles with backflips and other acrobatic skills, but a lot of people learn how to backflip with pure grit and repetition.

For me it's balance. I can do wall HSPUs at over 230lbs, but I can't balance it for shit. I got to 60 seconds at wall, getting off wall, but nowhere near standing up. I get a lordotic curve in my back too, so maybe goal for me should be to just freestand handstand even though it's not nearly as impressive.
Honestly, I barely trained it. Got busy with work, bjj ect. I am a bad example.
