Started off on a pretty basic PPL split but had trouble with legs not recovering in time so switched to a four day split (chest, back, arms, legs) with dedicated quad and hamstring days. I don’t follow any specific routine, just try to train to failure on most sets, about 3 exercises per muscle group, around 4-5 sets each.
