Losing weight has been the first thing in my life in a long time that I've actually managed to make some progress, but I can't seem to make it to the finish line.
I've been taking pills with caffeine, carnitine and tea extracts for a month and a half now and it has had 0 effect on my calorie consumption or weight.
What's the next level of medication after fat burner pills that I can get over the counter to help me boost my dieting and actually get thing thing done?
This is in the EU, btw. Most of the things that are available to Burgerbros aren't sold here.

Have you tried eating less
I'm too exhausted to keep up with my 1100 cals a day diet. I need some sort of boost to get myself back on track.
No you don't, I'm on an OMAD 1100kcal a day as well and that shit is easy af. Do you sleep well? Do you train?
I've tried eating only once a day, that shit's impossible for me. I'm a very heavy grazer, we're talking nibbling on something 30-40 times a day.
>Do you train?
Not really. I try to do calisthenics for 15-20 mins a day just do build a habit, but I can't bring myself to do it regularly.
>Do you sleep well?
lmao
then I don't know what to tell you man, good luck
how long have you been dieting? you can't expect results after 3 weeks. it's a marathon anon not a sprint that's why crash diets don't work because you get burnt out after 2 weeks and go back to your shitty eating habits. dieting is for fatties who will be in a perpetual cycle of losing weight back to being fat
to make it you need to change your eating habits for good.
Caloric deficit without training is how you end up skinnyfat
>I've tried eating only once a day, that shit's impossible for me
>that shit's impossible for me= "I don't wanna"
You gotta want it!
diiodo-l-thyronine
I am using this since 2 weeks tapered up to 100mcg a day, i feel absolutely nothing
Okay well thats because you should be taking 400mcg a day, and you aren't supposed to feel anything
>100mcg a day
Seriously underdosed. Your product is trash.
It's my only source i have anon, and i am scared of going higher
Thats not diiodo-l-thyronine
No amount of pills or medication is going to help you get over your food addiction, you need professional help from a therapist about what the underlying issues are and how to address them in a healthy manner. This is coming from someone who was 273 lost 100lbs in a year thanks to talking to someone about why I was a fatass.

Just fast, moron.
Fellow yuropoor here. You can get the more illegal weightloss stuff very easily here (Netherlands). Or just do meth/coke/speed etc.
Have you been living under a rock this past year OP? There is a thing called ozempic, and its a miracle drug. You know it works, because IST hates it. And no, used smartly and in moderation it doesnt cause long term health problems, it fixes them.
>t.saxenda user
Try heroin moron. I heard it helps with weight loss on top of making you feel good. Two birds one stone.
Debunked, I'm an opioid addict and fat as frick.
ozempic

Did this mindbreak IST?
cutting a fatties head off from their body, then forcing both the head and body into losing all the weight and keeping them alive. Then reattaching the head to the body and shooting the person in the head because they would become fat again.
I take 25mg semaglutide every 2 weeks. I literally don't get hungry anymore.
semaglutide
also, anyone who isn't regularly buying stock in NVO is fricking moronic tbh. Should get fully mainstreamed/covered by insurance by 2025
