        I'm ottermode at 30 and never felt better. Still a full head of hair, wake up fully erect every morning, and I have plenty of energy to exercise, no joint pain either. You must eat nothing but goyslop or something, or you fell for the water meme and piss out all of your electrolytes

        You are tired not because of being 10% bodyfat but because of an indirect effect of eating less that is being low on sodium and potassium and doing exercise on top of that, you are probably 3 grams of both or maybe even less a day,pump that shit to 15 grams a day and see all your energy come back.
        (Potassium you can get away with less, 6-8 grams)

        This is likely the case for OP and the other lazy frick ITT. I season all of my food with iodized salt + NoSalt (potassium chloride) and also put a little bit in everything I drink except for milk

    Im ottermode and walk 10-15k steps everyday + PPL 5-6 days a week. Recently started taking BCAA's, drinking more water and eating more, I'm a former skelly but I try to eat 3000-3500kcal to fuel my body enough. Still getting leaner too
