    Because that is not the ideal male body for peak performance, Strickland is only really known for his endurance. Everything else physically is shit, shit athleticism, shit power etc...

    If we're talking ideal physique/physical specimen for fighting it has to be GSP, physically great all around.

          Adesanya was a dominant champ defeating some of the most skilled and scary dudes. Strickland is champ now so that’s a pretty good testament to his physique as well. Maybe not best ever but a world class athlete. You’re a total moron.

        You cant though. Other than the initial neurological adaptation, you really cant. Its not possible to bench 3-4 pl8 and not have big chest. Its just not. It is possible to bench 2pl8 while having smaller chest than someone that benches 1,5pl8 who never does barbell bench though.

        The disparity in compound lifts is mostly just technique, skill, speed, limb length etc.
