Whats the point of this thing?

>massive glucose spike
>can’t be used as preworkout because it’s likely filled with slow digesters like fats and proteins
>when eaten at lunch time it’s a wasted glucose spike and waste of carbs

“real” sourdough bread gives the same glucose spike and unneeded carbs, unless you have it by itself before a workout then that’s different

Do you not understand how the second sentence contradicts the first?

eating slow digesters like fats and protein before a workout is a death sentence, unless you enjoy the sloshing of food around in your gut while trying to lift

      but carbs are energy breh

you need a high blood sugar to go about your day?

        No shit. What's your point.

my point is that a sandwich will give you those unwanted fats and proteins so when else can you have a sandwich?

            Anonymous

Are you moronic? You can eat it any time except when you need something fast digesting like peri workout.

              Anonymous

why else would you need bread if not for energy? you should just eat the chicken in the sandwich, not the bread that will spike your glucose for no reason

                Anonymous

It won't spike your glucose for the reasons you yourself mentioned, you absolute moron. Your body utilises carbs all the time, not just around workouts.

What I like to do is get a 12" baguette, add butter and mayo, then add six sausages, and a dollop of mashed potato, then carefully add caramelized onions and some gravy, and eat it with Guinness and cheese dipping sauce, and a bowl of waffle fries. Delicious after a workout.

Unless you're eating plain bread with no butter, mayo, or fillings you won't get a "spike" in blood sugar.
