Starving doesn't work. Your body will go into fat-saving mode as a response to no food and you will actually produce more fatty tissue. That, and you will eventually give up and start pigging out once your willpower runs out, so you will gain weight in the end. Instead, just eat peanuts and green veggies for the foreseeable future.
calorie deficit. that’s literally it don’t starve yourself though because that’ll make you ugly and when you start eating normally again you’ll gain it all back super fast
It only works if you have willpower. Most normies who “starve” themselves do it for 48 hours and then crack, eating 4000 calories on day 3.
Assuming you have the determination: eating absolutely nothing will get you feeling very bad very fast, but you can thrive on like 400 calories a day if you spend them well.
As a previous successful anorexic, the best way to shed fat in my experience is to consume about 50g of protein each day, to slow muscle atrophy, with some fibrous vegetables to keep your digestive system moving. Starvation-related constipation is awful and can cause permanent damage, but it is easy to avoid.
So an example day’s diet for rapid weight loss would be two cans of fish, and a head of broccoli.
Or, a large protein shake and a bag of carrots.
+ if you feel dizzy at all, it usually means you're dehydrated - we get a lot of our electrolytes and water from food so it’s easier to get dehydrated if you suddenly eat a lot less. A pinch of table salt is fine but it’s good to invest in some of those workout electrolyte tablets if you feel it happening regularly.
I've had good experiences with keto combined with intermittent fasting; the fat-burning metabolic adaptation helps you get through the day without experiencing hunger.
all i do is have an adderall prescription and run on a treadmill sometimes and I'm like 120 pounds. but to be fair i have a stupid fast metabolism. some of us were just meant to be frickin stick thin skinny ig
atypical anorexics (real anorexia technically means severely underweight) rarely will actually go more than a day without eating. making a disorder out of not being able to lose weight is lack of self control
I skinniest I ever was in my life was when I was addicted to playing League of Legends. I barely ate, I just kept gaming all day, every day. I think if you want to lose weight similarly, you just gotta keep yourself focused on things that you enjoy so you don't think about eating.
running every day at least for 30 minutes, kick your ass doing cardio, and don't stop eating, just do cardio and that's more than enough, you should lose weight in 2 months.
consume fiber supplements for feelings of fullness, drink water or (black) coffee or tea instead of sugared drinks. Adhering to one meal a day improves insulin sensitivity and makes it much easier to avoid impulsively eating. Cardio is good too, but exercise increases hunger so if you don't exercise regularly just be careful that you're not making things too hard on yourself.
starving works but is difficult. it's all cico, starving means less calories go in
1200/1500 calorie/day
green tea,a lot of water.
meth
no
water fast for two days a week and eat 1200 calories the rest of the week (or lower) to lose weight fast

Starvation mode is a myth propagated by fat people
All a very low calorie diet will do is increase your risk of dehydration, constipation and muscular atrophy - which you can take steps to prevent.
