I've been using this for a couple weeks and I think it's the same concept as creatine, as in it has different levels of results for different people. If someone on a vegetarian or vegan diet took this they would probably have very noticeable results, but for me since I already eat a lot of red meat I already get a decent amount of collagen in my diet. I switched from regular whey powder to the collagen peptides to see if would help with my skin and my acne. So far the only thing I noticed is my acne heals faster but I still get pimples. It's also more difficult for me to bite my nails like I usually do. I didn't have any joint issues and haven't noticed anything different with my joints. I'll keep using the collagen for a few more weeks, I do like how my acne completely heals in a couple days versus leaving a red mark for about a week like it did before I was taking this. I think it's worth trying

How the frick are you supposed to consume this?? I have a tub but I've only ever mixed it into lukewarm water because I thought that's how it's supposed to be done and my god the taste is fricking terrible. Bovine collagen peptides, like rinsing your mouth with cow cum.
I had the same issue then switched to marine collagen (fish skins). Virtually no taste.
I mix it in with some foods. If im having a rice + meat bowl I just add half a scoop and stir.

I like it just because it has 18g of protein in it for 70 calories, just put it in my coffee in the morning. Even if it does nothing then it's whatever.
Seems to help. I've been taking it for a few months and my skin is a lot better and I dont even moisturize. I had old man hands before from the sun and working on cars. Will know more this winter I guess though. I started taking it in the hopes it would help my tendons but that remains to be seen if its just my PT regiment.
