There is an overwhelming amount of research that eggs are bad for you. In the popular media they are seen as "conflicting evidence" same as cigarettes were some 50 years ago. This is due to private interest pushing junk science.

They are not if you aren't a moron. If your weight is normal, you exercise and the rest of your diet is also ok, eating 4 hard boiled or scrambled eggs twice a week or so will do absolutely nothing harmful to your body. Always follow the rule of never eating too much of anything every day and you'll be fine.

Depends on the person AFAIK. But why do it? There are other cheap animal protein alternatives like milk, canned sardines or pork.
with milk you're just trading cholesterol for sugar. actual meat is going to be way more expensive.
4 eggs will cost $0.50 but an equal amount of meat (by calories) will be $2-$3 depending on animal, cut, etc.

So? I'm not advocating that you gorge on milk instead of eggs, but for just having it as an option to not eat eggs everyday, same goes for sardines or pork, which are pretty cheap at least where I live.

I've been doing a carton a day for a little over a month and I can't believe how much muscle I have put on despite trying to cut. Has this been your experience? How many meals do you split them into?
Why don't you eat other sources of animal protein? Why only eggs? I would get so fricking sick of them if I started to eat them daily even though I'd 100% knew they aren't harmful at all. It's as if you people want to be like robots and just gorge on food without trying to enjoy the experience.
