    Seems like a collapsed anterior physilaxor. You should go to a physio to check it out. That's generally seen as a precursor to ripping the tendon connecting your bicep to your lower arm. You should at the very least abstain from heavy lifting for a month.

    I had this after carrying a heavy wide table and the surface was pressing on my biceps. It was a bit deeper than OPs pic and took acout 6 days to diappear

    I have it too, no pain whatsoever. It feels pretty natural, am curious what's the cause tho. There don't seem to be any useful answers in the thread sadly
