Keto is unsustainable, no body argues whether or not it will make you lose weight, it’s that eventually you will gain it all back when you go back to your old eating habits, just like all meme diets: veganism included. To truly be successful in weight loss you have to make lifestyle changes, and the most effective ones are to track your food intake and exercise regularly. People who can maintain those two changes are far more likely to maintain a healthy body composition throughout their life. There is no such thing as a good that is good for fat loss, all good will make you fat if you eat more calories than you burn.
You can quite literally lose weight on fast food, if you track your calories, that doesn’t mean fast food is good for fat loss.
try running everyday for 30 minutes if you want to get some real exercise

keto helped me detox from fast food and got me cooking at home again. once i get to my goal weight i think i will move my range up to 50 carbs a day for convenience but they really seem like an unnecessary hassle to incorporate into a diet in a large way. Why should I waste so much time tracking food intake if i don't have to?
