90kg on right, 88-90kg on left depending on freshness. Mine only goes up to 90kg but I don't think I could do more.
5 plate unassisted? I can DL 170kg unassisted and a OACU, not sure if a OACU would really mean much though.

What are your weights? How did you get one arm chinups? Did you train with this as a goal, or just get strong enough and then learn the skill of doing it after the fact?
I like how Europeans don't even hate all Meds, they barely mention Spain or Greece, but explicitly Italians, like it's just Italians who they hate lol.
they are jelly because they can't into la bella vita

This is a beginner routine suggested by a Big Guy in the grip community. Requires no special equipment, more or less.
He reckons do this for six months before even picking up a gripper.
The pinch lift means more or less picking up weight plates. Especially two together, smooth sides out.
For between pairs you can get a bit of pipe or a loading pin, or similar, and hang smaller ones. beside the ones you're grabbing.
Rock climber here. Just measured it. My right hand: 122lbs, left hand 130.8lbs. My highest for both was 131lbs but then I took time off and my grip strength fell. I think the reason my right hand is tired is because I did ALOT of harder moves on my right hand. I noticed the difference immedaitely when testing - I definitely felt more squeezing capacity in my left arm. I just felt like I couldn't use all my energy on my right hand for some reason.
What's with all the fricking buttons? It just needs an on/off button. Why does every contraption today have so much feature bloat that ends up making it harder to use?
I disagree. Extra buttons and a screen are useful and I do not consider them bloat.
You know what is bloat? Having to download an app to run your shit because they want to datamine you while saving a few bucks on production by not including a screen and enough buttons.
You know what else sucks? Replacing a screen with some shit like a single button and a single light and you have to press morse code into it to make it do what you want.
No idea because I don’t own one. I presume it’s good because I can do a one hand chin-up and can deadlift 5pl8’s.

I can do 70 lbs right hand(32 kilo) left hand 80 lbs on a good day(36 kilo) what does this mean?
If you're a man it means you need to do better
Dunno. I do have one but I don't use it.
My best gripper close was somewhere between an average CoC 1.5 and an average CoC 2.
My grip strength fricking sucks. My wrists/hands are giving out before anything else does on things like lat pulldowns.
What is the workout to improve this? Grip strength trainer? Farmers carry? Looking to just get the most bang for my buck.

Next week I should be able to close the captain of crush 1 completely for a couple of reps and it's rated for 140lbs so I guest a bit above that.

UPDATE - I held the thing more securely and got to 131lbs on my right hand!!! LETS FRICKING GO. Goal - 150lbs on both by year's end.
