Seeing this shit makes me so angry. My dad and my father in law are 70 and 65 respectively and both have given up on life. Theyre bodies have completely fallen apart from lack of maintenance and one can hardly walk and the other needs a walker. its crazy seeing dudes like in the OP who are their age and look like that and still can act like healthy men.
I know a 62 year old boomer who plays volleyball with much younger dudes and he beats them consistently. It's impressive how fast he moves and how high he jumps for a 60+ year old man.
And none of them have the body of a 30 year old because they are 60+, but they are in great shape for 60+, doesn't mean they roid. Top right man is definitely on gear, tho.
They are all on gear. Doesn't count as roided though because at that age it's probably net-healthy for you.

lol if you think the bottom right man is on gear. You got some kind of moronic defeatist mentality if you believe some DYEL gains can only be achieved at later stages via roiding.

I didn't even see bottom right because he's a disgusting n*tty. Literally invisible to me.
Most people who make it to 60+ will become dependent on a slew of drugs anyways. Why not a super effective dose of testosterone as opposed to handfuls of statins, diabetes drugs, bone medication, etc. ?
Why bother? At 60 you're 40 years removed from your prime and now you're just waiting to die. These guys still look like shit. Wrinkles, grey hair, no collagen.
Bottom left is doing a lift with long time under tension which makes you look more jacked than you really are. If he was in a pic while resting then he wouldn't look so big
Quick inspiration for you anons >be my neighbor, Tony >be 103 years old >WWII navy vet >every day, go out on a walk to keep IST >only stopped walking because his nerves would cause him so much pain it was unbearable >be happy and 100% mentally healthy right up until he died
Miss you Tony.
Just goes to show that there really is no excuse.
I've known a few of these types throughout my years of lifting. Here's the rundown:
- gigachad/pro athlete genes to begin with
- never got injured (by far the most important)
- were always in incredible shape and simply maintained through steroid use
- again, never got injured
Injuries are far and away the biggest impacting factor on having a good body when you're old.
>Injuries are far and away the biggest impacting factor on having a good body when you're old.
What kind of injuries? I think everyone who practices sports gets injured at one point. I think serious knee, shoulder or spine injuries would be the impacting factor you talk about?
>I think everyone who practices sports gets injured at one point.
Facts. Every guy I know who's maintained his shape past mid 30s has been a non sportsman cardio gay, no exceptions. Runners, swimmers, cyclists. Never, ever rugby players and the like. >I think serious knee, shoulder or spine injuries would be the impacting factor you talk about?
Could be anything, the body is complex and injuries run the gamut. Think how often you'll see posts here from someone desperately seeking a solution to a random crippling pain. Even in a vacuum it's harder to stay in shape as you get older. Metabolism slows, recovery slows. You need to maintain consistent training which is impossible if you're out of the gym for months at a time. And that's all it takes. Me, I was a weapon in my youth then had a very serious lower leg injury at 28, 18 month recovery. I went from insane amounts of exercise my whole life to nothing overnight, gained a tonne of weight and kept getting reinjured, mostly my lower back. I'm 41 now and mostly recovered but it took the better part of a decade and now I'm so far behind where I was it's impossible to catch up. And my story is far from unique, if anything it's the norm. I transitioned into powershitter and am now strong and fat. It was a huge mistake and I'm working every day to fix it. Some lifting is good, very heavy lifting over many years is bad. Moderation is king.
This makes me so angry. I am 25 and I spend all day on IST posting blackpills about how its over the time you turn 30. I've posted the same few meme images mocking people who are older than me and then you post this shit? frick off with your 'hope'. It' not welcome. I've failed at my life and it's not getting any better, I also must kick down people are trying.
Why bother? At 60 you're 40 years removed from your prime and now you're just waiting to die. These guys still look like shit. Wrinkles, grey hair, no collagen.
This is more like it. Never improve, never do anything. Just keep making excuses, fellow blackpill chads
It's not that. What i should have said is that seeing those 60yr olds at 25 would have provided some context... were they genetically gifted and this is no more than low effort results or were they fat bastards that made it against the odds.
You're right to chastise my post though.
You were right though, not taking anything away from them but one in a million overcomes genetics. 99.9999% of 25 year old Chads are genetics and 60 year old Chads are just those 25 year old Chads who maintained it. They're not normal dudes who transformed themselves at an advanced age. Frick, can you imagine, do you know anyone of that age who never exercised before? Imagine the journey from sedentary whole life 60 year old to men's fitness magazine model body. It's probably near enough to impossible.
I mean look at Brad Pitt or George Clooney how they're always trotted out as these good looking older guys. Yeah, guess what, they were good looking younger guys too. Joe Average doesn't just get hot cause he gets older.
>They're not normal dudes who transformed themselves at an advanced age.
Late transformations are more common than you think.

It makes me angry the fact that he's on a nice test dose and I'm sure it's not mentioned anywhere in that article
Your father and grandfather aren't on roids.and will outlive the guys in the op congrats
>NOOOOOO, YOU CANNOT BE IST AND HEALTHY IN YOUR 60's WITHOUT STEROIDS
none of the guys in OP's pic are natty. you're not gonna have the body of a 30 year old as a senior without drugs
And none of them have the body of a 30 year old because they are 60+, but they are in great shape for 60+, doesn't mean they roid. Top right man is definitely on gear, tho.

I'm not 60
>What's your excuse?
I dont take anabolic steroids
Get access to them dumb ass.
>not 60
>Have hair
>Don't want to frick with my hormones
Why bother? At 60 you're 40 years removed from your prime and now you're just waiting to die. These guys still look like shit. Wrinkles, grey hair, no collagen.
Do you think they could lend some end 20 women and hot milfs?
depends on how much money they have
>prime is 20
Are you a woman?
>At 60 you're 40 years removed from your prime
t.nick fuentes
I want to disagree but its true, they have the same appeal in shape as they would out of shape, doesn't make a difference
>These guys still look like shit.
yikes. you must be really unnattractive.
cringe you sound like a woman
>turn 21
>immediately lose interest in life and want to die
Must be fun being you
Pretty impressive, but they have that slightly misshapen look, like a melted easter bunny. Which is normal on the final lap around the block.

Hope I don't live to 60
>not 60
>not roiding
When i hit mid 50s if it ever happens i will go on trt too and stay fit
If you’ve already built up your physique and use gear you can maintain it for a very long time
90
Top left and the entire bottom row seem attainable naturally to me
Bottom left and bottom middle are probably TRT
Bottom left is doing a lift with long time under tension which makes you look more jacked than you really are. If he was in a pic while resting then he wouldn't look so big

i was afraid and sought pleasure.

Checks out. I also know a few of those and that's their case too.
