    weighted ghd situps and ab wheel. you didn't have abs at 55kg probably because you just generally don't have any muscle mass. even if you train everything except your abs you'll still start to seem them better because your fat will be distributed better

    i dont recommend doing ab wheel especially while standing to beginners same reason as i don't recommend dips and pull ups

    Planks until you can hold for 120 seconds without any discomfort. At 55kg this will be enough to get abs in two months.
