Pan fried. Make sure it’s wild caught and not farmed. Farmed Salmon is contaminated with chemicals and metals. Most farmed fish are.

the opposite is true you fricking moron
the problem with farmed fish is,that the feed used increases omega6 to 3 ratio in them, which defeats the purpose of eating fish over pasture raised eggs

        >the opposite is true you fricking moron
It's not. While there obviously are chemicals and heavy metals in the ocean, the concentration pales in comparsion to farms where fish are kept in the same water all the time and fed a steady diet of steroids and antibiotics that don't have to be tested for heavy metals. They're swimming in a dense mixture of that plus their own shit for all of their life. Farmed fish is poison.

This is the opposite of reality. Why would you "believe" this nonsense? Where are you getting your "facts"? Did you just pull it out of your ass? Be honest with yourself.

You can tell just by looking at it that wild-caught sockeye salmon is healthier than farmed salmon. Picrelated. And it tastes better, too.

The lazy gay way: pull it straight out of the freezer and toss it straight onto a pan preheated at medium heat, wait a couple of seconds and flip it, put seasoning of choice on exposed side, cook for about 5-6 minutes, and flip it again, season it, same deal, and done. From freezer to plate in about 15 minutes. For bonus lazy gay points, Goya seasoning packets are a cheat code.

Air fryer because I'm lazy and big dumb.
Also, with some generic garlic lemonpepper seasoning "fish" mix.
I wouldn't say it's my favorite method if I wanted to put some real love into it, but it's certainly my favorite for convenience.

Air fryer master race, yes. Absolutely the best. I just add salt and lemon juice when it is done. Simple perfection.

Salt, pan fry in tallow and ghee, and then drench it in raw butter and eat it. Heavenly. Would do it every day if I were rich enough to afford it.

Most of the time I just cut it up raw and throw it into a bowl of fresh brown rice.

Also, baked then mixed with mayo and hot sauce to make into sandwiches.

I just cook it in the over with 1 tbsp of butter and a bit of lemon juice. Don't even salmon that often cause I'm in a landlocked country and it's expensive.
