i tend to make a big batch with a mix of beef and pork + classic bolognese sauce. salt, pepper, nutmeg and a touch of cayenne. add milk and simmer until evaporated. same procedure but then with white wine. then let it simmer for 5/6 hours, occasionally adding water. serve with garlic bread or pasta of your choice, i like gnocchi or spaghetti myself. my half italian grandma taught me this.

Salt and pepper. Don't ruin the meat with all your fancy spices. If you want a different taste just make some sauce seperately but NEVER ruin the meat.

      >don't ruin the meat
      buddy, it's ground meat
it's all the otherwise unwanted spare shit that gets stripped from a carcass by a massive industrial machine tossed into a grinder
why are you treating it like a prime cut steak

    butter the pan
fry chopped onions until brown (this is crucial)
fry ground beef along with some garlic
    season with salt and pepper
    dump rice into the mix
Keep stirring so the rice absorbed the meat juice
    optional: crack some eggs

margin of error for seasoning is high so just put as much salt and pepper as you can comfortably do

throw on pan, brown, drain oil, add teriyaki sauce and sesame oil along with peppers and onions, serve on rice

Also have other variants like taco on rice etc, really easy shit, just buy flavor packs at the store and throw them in it

Lions are much lower on the food chain. Why would you want to be equal to something lower on the food chain?

When I was eating it routinely I'd usually make chili with it, or with a minor change of ingredients spaghetti sauce. If I had to eat it on its own I'd make something similar to Saulsbury steak. Onion, breadcrumbs, demiglace, fried egg on top.

I do not cook it anymore bu back then I only used pepper and a bit of garlic. Onions gave me stealthy farts.

just salt and pepper then cook like a fat burger patty until mid is like slightly pink.
I would just eat disgusting home made burgers every day its so fricking good but trying to avoid bread so I eat just meat, sometimes with cheese on top
