Mine goes up and down a lot because I have stupid low blood pressure. Doctors don't seem to think it's an issue. High 80s some days low 50s others based on if I take caffine and/or nicotine. I do cardio but I seldom push myself really hard with it.

Check your o2 stat with your phone then
Try drinking water or some electrolyte beverage. If you have lower blood pressure or low blood volume your heart has to beat faster to move your blood. Being dehydrated does that.
Anything below 70 is metabolic dysfunction, no it's not your heart being hecking strong chunugs, overexercise lowers thyroid function and general longevity.
currently 48 bmp
Around 80-90
I am cutting, and plan on loosing 30lbs.
Today I am going on a hard bicycle ride.

My smartwatch says average of the last 30 days is 56. Was way lower (50) months ago, but I'm kinda stressed ATM.
Wait, it’s normal for your resting heart rate to increase? I thought there was something wrong with me, I can feel it beating in my chest…
I get low heartrate warnings from my apple watch all the time of below 40, rarely I've even seen some 35 resting bpm
Im dying
Averages out around 65 bpm
