AM: cerave cleanser, toner, vitamin c serum, cerave moisturizer and sunscreen
PM: cerave cleanser, toner, tretinoin, moisturizer
Sometimes I'll only use water instead of cleanser, and sometimes I'll use vaseline all over my face (slugging) after moisturizer in the night. I'm a dude.
- Vitamin C serum helped to even out my skin tone
- Tretinoin helped make my skin smoother all around, and if I do get an acne breakout it's literally only 1 or 2 pimples (though I rarely got acne before in the first place)
Everything else is just for healthier looking skin / properly hydrating it.
I just wash my face with a cleanser and then apply moisturizers (both cerave though I heard la roche is also good)
also I aplply some lip balm and hand cream before turning in
water, saop (same i use when wash my ass also), good moisturizing, good sleep( i haven't been in recently), good genetics.
you don't need a mega dollar products to have good skin.
Just had to treat and dispel fungal acne from my mush and neck after using CeraVe and La Roche Posay products. I have also reverted back to warm water rather than using a cleanser when I wash my face in the morning.
>AM/PM is the same routine, except for a shower in the evening.
- Warm water/Shower
- Avène Thermal Spring Water Spray
- Vichy Mineral 89 Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Serum
- Avène Tolerance Hydra10 Hydrating Fluid.
In the process of finding a non-fungal ingredient SPF, and a low strength tretinoin.
Have you tried the extremely gentle cleanser from Avene? All you need to do is rub it into the skin with no washing/rinsing required. I was advised on this product by a derma when I got microneedling done. Also I've found the Avene Hydrance Light Hydrating Emulsion to be miles better than the Hydra10 products - much less oily and better skin feel.
I've been doing this for years and I get regular compliments on my skin, also lets me sleep with younger women more often as I look 5 years younger than I am lmao.
Once I had a clean diet I didn't really need to do much anymore. The main thing I focus on is that I try not to touch my face at all, and if I do I always wash my hands first and then wash my face with water after. I will also do a mild peeling like twice a month and then use a moisturizer and in summer I will use something with sun protection. I also started using a headband for cardio so the sweat doesn't get into my face as much. I look like an idiot with it but I do my cardio at home, so whatever.
splash face with water

Do you really see a difference? Or are effects minimal?

High quality moisturiser after my morning shower, that's it really. I need to buy women's brands because my skin is that sensitive.
Olive oil in my face first thing in the morning when it's dry. I wash it off in the shower.
nothing
Do 2 hours of cardio a day, then shower at the gym.
Do you have a heart condition or are you just female?
I just like walking uphill on a treadmill. Max incline at 2.3 mph. I do it to keep my heart rate below 50 bpm, to flex on the heartcels and vaxcels.
Plus I can play vidya on the treadmill or watch youtube videos.
Shower once every two weeks
Splash my face with ice cold water when I wake up
You guys have a skin care routine?
I just take shower after training.

Wash face, not be manicured bisexual loser who only speaks in 80s cliches, moisturize.
I’m convinced slapping something on your skin everyday messes up the skin microbiome
Wouldn’t it be better to use an ingredient a few times a week?
