    >moisturize alongside hyaluronic acid morning and night
    >retinol every night
    >never directly expose face to sunlight, either sunscreen or sun hats
    >derma roll 0.75mm wrinkle zones (frown lines, nasolabial folds) every 10-14 days

Only been doing this a couple months but I hope it pays off into my 30s.

how are your nasolabial folds, can you improve the lines with dermaroll or just prevent them from getting worse?

Isn't retinol more of a short term benefit long term gonna frick you up deal? It increases cell division which shortens telomere length. It makes you look good now but in the future you'll be fricked.

i don't, heard it will just make my skin reliant on products and make it more dry and stuff when i'm not using products, sounds reasonable to me but don't know how true it is

-if I had sodium and the face is puffy, take in potassium citrate, celery powder or some form of potassium supplement, it will flush it out and quickly depuff the face

Fat frick here. Currently 250 lbs, used to be 300 lbs, working my way to 170. What skincare regimen would IST recommend to minimize hanging skin as I shrink?

that might help you a little bit
go slow and steady with the weight loss

How soon will I ghoulify if I dont do any skin care (not even sun screen) when I work in the sun for most of my days?

being in the sun for multiple hours you should probably use an organic sun screen, wear a hat occasionally and avoid facing the sun directly any more than necessary
(if theres a way to work with the sun behind your skull rather than in front, do that whenever possible)

The most aggressive thing I`d put on the skin in my face is essential oils, but occasionally and with some water.

I really think less is usually more with skin care.
Shouldn`t really add too much oily / acidic pharma creams and whatnot, they feel great and wet at first for a couple hours but can rob the skin of nutrients or absorb unhealthy ingredients into the skin, clog up the pores, etc. you end up feeling dry and having to apply it over and over again, and the skin will excrete more / less oil depending on what you put on it in order to try to reestablish its natural balance.
A cream with a petroleum base for example will deplete your skin of Vitamins and dry it out.

You should rather pay attention to your diet, hydration, getting enough sleep and not putting much stress on the skin from the outside.

70% glycolic acid to burn well on Fridays, 40% retinoic acid one night every 48 hours and a week of rest using 7% glycolic acid with moisturizer. Sometimes when, before scheduled outings, hyaluronic acid. I always avoid the sun.
hydrocortisone topical cream if I get dark circles, but this one I use very little

Depends on what's your concern, right now for me is reducing the rough bumpy look, I just want my skin too look healthier and fresh, I don't suffer from acne or redness or whatever

I use Cerave Hydrating Foaming Oil Cleanser twice daily, during the morning and at night, I exfoliate 3 days a week with Stridex Maximum, for hydration I use COSRX Snail Mucin All in One

I usually do it at night so after I shower I do

    > Cerave Cleanser
    > Gently dry my face with a towel
    > Stridex Pads
    > let it air dry
    > Firming Serum (right now I'm trying a natural alternative by Burt's Bee)
    > COSRX snail mucin all in one

All the people I know from high school are getting towards the 30 year mark and holy hell they have aged like frick, but I'm prestine in comparison, also don't worry too much about it, remember that make up is to women what video games are for men, plus they usually use makeup + good lighting + filters

. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

It's like someone once said, your skin is your eyes is your brain is your legs is your arms etc.
The body is one system, the skin needs to be nurtured just like everything else whether you're a man or woman
