    I've lifted just fine in my Cobra nub before but you definitely need loose pants, else the bulge is super noticeable even with a strap and I don't wanna get kicked off my gym if someone found out. Wonder if a cherry keeper would be better, I've heard they bulge less.

      been using mitolife shilajit the owner takes his own product and it has good labs. played around with Amazon brands like some cymbiotika and it wasn’t bad either
