    I kind of salivate them troughout the day, avoid sugar, regularly eat apples and oranges, beer and alcohol I always hold it in the mouth to kill bacteria, sometimes the buildup gets too much so I floss and maybe once every other month I use a toothbrush.

    every few days i brush and floss if i don't forget
    my days are really busy
    used to brush every day 2x and floss before bed, but for a few years now i basically just brush whenever i have a late shift and shower before bed
    i then just brush teeth whilst shower is running and then floss
    sometimes i put the used floss around my wiener and make a ribbon until i leave the shower because the bin is so far away can't reach from the shower

    >once a year for 15 days straight, twice daily coconut oil pulling
    >floss bi-weekly
    salt gargle is the most important imo, even more so than brushing. youll quite literally never have bad breath again
