Yeah I'm not huge, but I was a 66kg twig before. Just got my hormone results back and I have a decent amount more test than the average 22 year old. I'm making steady progress - just hit 1/2/3/4 (that's 1 rep bench and ohp, reps for squat and rdl)
In a few more years I'll be a bit bigger and probably very happy with my physique, and in 10 years I'll be a great looking 40 year old and you'll saying to the doctor "well yes I took experimental and largely untested sarms when I was 30, wdym my liver is failing?"
Shit on my physique all you want, it's a considerable improvement.
natty lifting is the best way of lifting, but only if you don't spend too much time and energy on working out (the ceiling for hypertrophy is usually quite low), try to get genuinely strong (by trying out many movement patterns, making your routines as 3d as possible, not underestimating things like heavy ab work or grip strength)
this way you can be a strong composed dude who's not a fragile narcissist feeding his body dysmorphia and effectively a drug addiction with more and more chinese bathtub compounds and you'll have a hobby that's about working towards your goals instead of trading your health for so calles 'mires'
