Around when I was 25 and living in the Midwest and realized half my peers were already fat. Took me another 2 or 3 years to realize the absolute futility of trying to trying to help them at all.
when I was at the park for a work event and my kids saw as I kept outrunning the other fat dads in football.
Once I went to the spa and 100% of the men were overweight (from skinnyfat to fatass).
There was only one guy that was "muscular" (dadbod at 20% bodyfat), but I mogged him, so doesn't count.
The plank is set VERY low, if you lift 2-3 times a week you're already at the 90%, if you have abs, consider yourself the top 0.1%.
