When did you realize that mental illness isn't real and that brain science is a scam?
always knew
Mental illness is real however its only caused by 2 things
1. Drug use
2. Trauma (being sexually abused by Ur parents)
99.99% of all schizo are in those groups
Other than that it's a scam
You guys are fricking moronic.
Schizophrenia is literally having visual and audio hallucinating or freezing in a catatonic state for hours on end without being able to move. People develop real somatoform disorders and literally go blind after seeing things they can't process. It's obviously real.
The challenge is there's a financial incentive to treat people and going to therapy is seen as a badge of honor to normies, so 95% of people go and get told they have something. Then they make it their identity and use it to cope for mediocrity.
This >going to therapy is seen as a badge of honor to normies
Also what's up with this? Saying you go to therapy is like the biggest status signal right now. Most therapists are bullshit artists btw.
But it's so you can say you went to therapy, signalling that you're 'working on' something. Normies don't really want to work on something, they just want to feel accomplished, and saying you did something to become accomplished makes them feel good even thought they did jack squat to actually do anything.

yep pretty much, therapists would be broke if they told people the truth. they have to diagnose you with something otherwise no one would come back after the first session. i think shit like depression is real but its extremely overdiagnosed- everyone has emotional/personal issues that they need to work through but not everyone has a literal mental problem in their brain. i got told i have major depression within like half an hour of seeing a therapist and i barely even said anything
There's a difference between a mental illness, i.e., the literal brain matter isn't working as it should, therefor you see or hear or feel things you shouldn't, and not being able to cope with things that happen to you in a healthy way.
For example, a schizophrenic has a literal problem with their brain matter. A psychiatrically depressed person has something else wrong with their brain matter. A 'depressed' person, i.e. "I'm sad and I can't be not sad" is just some person who's had something happen to them, and then don't have the emotional skills to deal with that. They can't leverage their brain to overcome that thing that happened to them.
A rule of thumb is this: if you can talk yourself through it, then it's not a mental illness.
In other words: >Mental illness is a broken brain. >Mental 'illness' is a badly used healthy brain.

Humanity is still struggling to come to terms with reality.
>mental illness isn't real >majority of people who are clinically depressed kill themselves, obsessive compulsives repeat activities to a detriment to their lives, like washing their hands to the point of skin removal, etc. >brain science is a scam >mapping of the human brain has allowed for electrotherapy and implantation to help a paralyzed man walk again
Basically, you feel superior to people who admit they have cognitive or emotional bullshit they're working through
More of an issue with society's standards and values than it is with your family members. They're perfectly"healthy", unfortunately their temperament doesn't fit the standards of society set by elites.
They have real bipolar disorder, not the cute kind from the media.
For example, before he was on meds, during his manic episodes, my uncle would be convinced he belonged to the freemasons, and would put himself and others in dangers by trying to accomplish "missions he got assigned to".
Then on his depressive episodes, he would sleep up to 21 hours a day .

Rapid cycling (like every 15 minutes an extreme different emotion) isn't fun to watch
When I started to understand that subconscious is our portal to the metaphysical realm and that I can control it myself. It takes training like working out and it is very exhausting but well worth it in the end. I recommend the “7 day mental diet”
It's really real. You can see borderline personality disorder on a pet scan. I call it feminine brain disorder and you live w it 24/7. Men exhibit different symptoms then women and rarely seek treatment but rather end up dead or in jail.
Mental illness is real but it's very much over diagnosed.
Just like the chemicals in your body can cause sickness if unbalanced so can the chemicals in your brain. The downside of the brain illness is its near impossible to just take supplements to correct it.
frick off loser, mental illness is real and it runs in my family. I'd love to be normal, but because of my stupid parents and their shitty genes and actions, I'm on 8 different pills a day that insurance BARELY covers
>There are whole religions around mastering your mind and have existed for thousands of years >Lmao the mind isn't real bro
You homosexuals just sound underage and sheltered from life, this fragile world view would shatter the moment it's actually tested beyond "taking the red pill" on 4chins for validation you can't gain from your IRL piers for your moronation (if you even have any piers you basement dwelling turbospergs)

lmao no
schizophrenia isn't even real. it's just having an internal monologue, which 50% of normies don't have

I've said this before.

Humanity is still struggling to come to terms with reality.
Complication.
its always the most fricked up people that claim psychology is not true
internal dialog is a spectrum from npc to normal person to bicameral mind to low-functioning schizo
wrong
the majority of mental illnesses go away when the person is put on a keto diet
sugar/seed oils/plant toxins cause mental illness
I've ruined several tinder dates by asserting that psychology is a pseudoscience.
dodged a few bullets*

Psychology is a scam, but psychiatry is not.
Brainlet take.
Psychiatry is so much more of a scam than psychology.
Bipolar disorder runs on my family, and meds are the only thing keeping some of my relatives outside of jail

Most modern "mental illnesses" like depression, OCD, ADHD, etc. are obviously fake.
Genuine neurological disorders like epilepsy are obviously real.
Funny, given they're all caused by the same thing (plant consumption)
