Honestly I'd give it a few years. Try dialing in what you're eating and identifying poor habits that could be affecting training. If you're still struggling after a year or two of that while consistently lifting, consider TRT. Get a real blood test and see if you are legit low. Lots of people are but changing up your lifestyle habits can improve levels quite a bit
