It's unironically genetics. 18%bf for some people. 10%bf for others

My face fat started disappearing around 25% BF and was completely gone when under 20%, this post is true

This, I substantially underestimated my body fat level for a while recently because my face looked as lean as it always has but I was actually near 20%BF. It’s all fat distribution, literally all of my fat goes to love handles and stomach, for some people they happen to have reserves set aside in the throat/cheeks area

If it really isn't going away and you are 12% bodyfat or below then you do have the option of liposuction. Don't try it till you are sure you are at a low body fat to begin with.

Fat distribution is also dictated by hormones. Increased cortisol levels will lead to more fat deposition in your face. Look up prednisone, it's a corticosteroid that gives people "moon face." Bad news: working out really hard raises cortisol. Good news: maybe you could lower your cortisol by meditating or taking ashagawanda or some shit, idk lol

Recently gone from 25 to 20% bf here and the difference is astounding. But i suppose underlying skeleton structure is what will make the most difference as to how quickly you see the change, my jawlines not great but my cheekbones are very high so i think it stretched me out nicely and made me look thinner than i am.

boys i've never been close to roping it, i've just been laying down rotting and now i'm being forced to go out and do shit.
I'm fat as fatass but i want to shed weight fast so i can blend in with normalgays, i tried waterfasting(snake meme) but i got sick despite doing it right(and trying to error correct).
Is keto+daily cardio my best bet? I want to give it one last try before i give up completely.

You need to get your head in the game, and resolve whatever is causing you to overeat/not being able to commit to a diet.
You can diet all you want, but unless that/those problems is fixed you'll end up at square one.
TLDR: Stop being a sick c**t in order to become a shredded c**t.

      cico+macro tracking+walking
when I started tracking I noticed quickly what foods and drinks were trash and what was good. you just have to spend some time figuring out what foods have good macros and which ones are shit. once you figure it out and have your diet in check it's just a matter of time

It’s among the last to go and is very responsive to stress hormones. Look up Cushing Syndrome, facial and trunk fat persist partially in response to metabolic stress from weight loss. Just push through the hump, eat clean, minimize stress where not needed, and sleep 8 hours minimum.
