Thats still pretty young, you won't be too far behind. The bigger factor is if you were not physically active during your developing years. Because epigenetics are a thing.
I'm 31 and started at 29 and i mog 99% of humanity
so start now and stay consistent
so many people I've seen in these two years who have "lifted for ten years" but i see them only once a week in the gym and they look like complete dyels or fatties
I started when I was 19 and I achieved 1/2/3/4 when I was 22. There is no such thing as too late to start. Just start. Just lift. Everyone should. Don't make excuses.
I actually started at 16yo like 10 years ago but stopped so many times that Im still a newbie who just so happens to know basically every lift and everything about nutrition with nothing to show for it,lifts at dyel status, they have gone up and gone down many times, now they are down.
Stop wasting your time, then! Get serious! Figure out what's holding you back and tread into uncharted territory! New PRs! New muscle fibres! You've got all this knowledge and tendon conditioning! Just go for it!
I better not see you touch a single weight in my gym you fricking BOOMER geriatric wasting space.
You missed the boat loser there's no time left for you.
I'm 20 and I started when I turned 18. I still put up baby numbers but I'm happy about my admittedly progress and my body and am still excited about the future. It isn't too late at all, brother.
when you can no longer perform the movements correctly

Never start working out, the less cringe zoomers in the gym the better
I started working out a few months before turning 19. Right now, I'm 20 and have made great progress already (for the time frame)
I started at 52 (56 now)
how many gym twinks have you fricked in the last four years?
19 is far too late. Wtf were you doing up until now?
When is too early?
If your mother didn't exclusively drink protein shakes while pregnant with you then you are NGMI
