When music do you listen to when it's time to "go hard" at the gym?

When music do you listen to when it's time to "go hard" at the gym? My favourite artists are 100 gecs and Death Grips. It's like all the background noise and distraction from the gym is phased out and I can just concentrate on my lifts. Would love some similar recommendations.

Just go to a IST archiver and look on IST ten years ago. Maybe you'll discover swans or godspeed or this

I'd like to exercise in silence, but the gym staff always has some dindu music playlist playing loudly from a big speaker.

I visited a gym while traveling recently and they blasted dindu music at incredible volumes. All I could hear was Black person this and b***hes that. Made me extremely grateful for my local gym and the classic rock/pop they stick to

I listen to everything. I've PRd while listening to steel band music, German lieder, big band, etc. Had a really great workout listening to Audioslave yesterday, the mellow stuff like I Am A Highway and Like A Stone

I typically listen to older metal music like I Prevail, Disarmonia Mundi, Satariel, Scar Symmetry, et cetera, when I want a adrenaline pump so that I can lift more weight.

It's the highest T genre of music. It infuses you with a kind of primal energy and rage.
