When roiding is it best to train a lot or a little?

On roids you can basically do the bare minimum of training and blow up as long as your diet and sleep are remotely ok.

Other people say because roids boost your recovery and you should be in the gym 5-6 days a week to maximize gains

what is the best approach? Less is more, or maximum effort?

    Probably lesser frequency on heavier movements (squats,deads) as your tendons and ligaments are not as affected by androgenic hormones as muscle.

      What do I take and how do I get it, bros?

      Starter cycle is to inject basic testosterone. Either E or C it doesn't really matter. Your body naturally produces it it's super safe to inject for basically anyone. Starter does is usually between 300-500 mg per week. You have a big frame so 500mg for you.

      Increase volume and lower intensity when blasting

      Thanks boss. Do I need to go to a doctor and have it prescribed or can I ask my local gym bros? In the case of the latter is there risk of getting bad shit?

      To maximize gains you always want to do as much as you can handle, you just need to find out how much or how little that really is over span of months so that your overall well being objectively improves in all aspects of life due to physical activity - no compromises, no sacrifices.

    The main vector in which steroids promote growth is increasing recovery and protein synthesis, so eating more and training more is how you get big.

    Idk why dyels always overstate the efficacy of steroids, they won’t magically change your physique, you might have some increased nitrogen retention and get leaner but the massive growth comes doing the fundamentals x2 because you can actually recover from it.

    Also, the insane looking guys you see have great natural genetics AND hyper respond to gear, not everyone responds well to steroids. I personally know people on boat loads of shit that just look like a decent natty despite good training and diet.
