After a whole 15 days you GAINED weight!! Your goal was like 28 pounds in 4 months? You ALREADY lost. 1/8 of time wasted and you G A I N E D.
You will be forever skinny fat and insecure about your body.

Eating clean is hard. The flavors just aren't there. Sometimes I want something sweet. Sometimes I want something savory. You all call me anorexic but I like food damn it.

people who cant lose weight are incredibly pathetic. lowest tier levels of humans. one of the easiest things imaginable, but nah the pathetic mouth breathers just cant help shoveling food into whatever orifice will accept it. to lose weight you can literally do NOTHING literally nothing and you will lose it. you could stay in bed all day and not move a muscle snd still lose weight

Doing nothing means you'll spend 24hrs with hunger panes. Hunger panes are literal torture. Starvation is in the Geneva treaty

Yes, it is. Because half or more of the "weight" you lose was water.
Now prepare yourself for troon out or follow the advice of the anons and stop doing this meaningless tracking of your weight.

So I still lost weight though.

Why you trying to lose weight? Female or 5’3?

He wants to be lean/skinny and only doing calisthenics. He has all th symptoms of your typical anorexic shizo.

Yes. I'm 5'7 I want to be a gymnast/calisthenics pro. Reducing my overall weight would make me much more relatively stronger than building excess muscle

Not everyone can "just fast". Your body is used to a certain number of calories and specific eating times. You have to at least diet for a month and intermittent fast for another before you can even consider a full 24hr fast once.

          >Reducing my overall weight would make me much more relatively stronger than building excess muscle
Are you mentally challenged or just and underage centennial?
Because what you are saying doesn't make sense. Paired with your shitty eating habits your body is cannibalizing most of your muscle tissue for the lack of protein. And guess what? Losing muscle reduces your TDEE, making your cut irrelevant. That is why people lift as hard as possible during a cut and eat mostly protein. They are giving a reason to their bodies to hold on the muscle and fill the calorie deficit with the body fat.

            Anonymous

I'm lifting as hard as I can. I'm not atrophying my muscles, yet at the same time losing muscle is minimally ok because the less weight I have the less muscle I need to lift my body. I'm ok with a -10% muscle capacity if it means I lose these now 30lbs

              >I'm ok with a -10% muscle capacity if it means I lose these now 30lbs
lmao, imagine losing just -10%. That probably put you in the range a elite athlete. Which, after reading your post, is obvious not your case.
Also you didn't address your shitty diet. An adequate diet is more than half of the basis for the success on losing weight. For what I care, keep eating ramen and muffins but don't come back to the board and post your women moments.

The whole graph is irrelevant then. 15 days of hard work and effort boils down to "normal body flucuations". What's the fricking point?

I reiterate: moron. Changes in the body occur on the order of months. think about when you nick your hand on a piece of metal, and observe how it take days for the wound to fully close, and weeks before it returns to normal coloration. what do you really want?

Take 4-6 weeks of refeed at maintenance level. You need a reset to break the plateau. Also likely increased deficit as your maintenance went down. GJ on the epic weight loss anon

Yeah. Even upping my lifts and adding another mile to my runs only seems to be kinda helping. I typically burn like 2600-ish calories when I workout and run and that just doesn't seem to be enough. Which is a shame since a pinch of belly fat is really all I have left.

Fiber/Sallad/Vegetables and water are gonna stay in your body longer than let's say Meat/Yogurt. I can go up 1/2Kg just by eating the "wrong" things, but as i said, it's just temporary weight, it's gonna take days to loose/build fat. I'm doing a 200/300Kcal cut and i managed to loose ~1Kg/month
