yes, ofc
fin block 5a-reduction so test (and test derived compounds) cannot be turned into DHT
the only cases where it doesn't work is when you're using steroid compounds that are already derived from DHT (eg primo) or are otherwise capable of binding to the receptors in your skull without 5a-reduction (eg tren)
>Doesn't it become counterintuitive?
TRT has nothing to do with it
fin is a tradeoff, you give up some of the positives of DHT in order to keep your hair
all i was saying is that yes, its possible to fraud while keeping your hair with fin
you just gotta be careful about compound choices

>fin is a tradeoff, you give up some of the positives of DHT in order to keep your hair
Yes I understand that, but OP said he wanted to use it in conjunction with TRT. Men who are prescribed TRT are obviously suffering from low T symptoms (and low DHT symptoms). When they jump onto both TRT and finasteride, it seems counterintuitive given that their DHT levels will barely improve from before they began TRT/fin and the negative symptoms they have from low DHT will remain instead of being fixed by the TRT

increased test will yield benefits, even if you keep your dht low with fin

OP here, its just like a safety net in case I start losing hair and start shitting my pants. Its like an option I would like to have just in case. I won't use it off the bat. Similar to AI, just want to have it in case I get sides from the TRT.
And even if I start I will try to start with a very low dose to not lower DHT too much, I know its good for you beside the hair loss thing.
Keeps sells finasteride for something like $40 per month and you could probably stretch that dose out to be 2-3 months worth.
Yes. Testosterone + finasteride is the ideal superhuman stack. Finasteride decreases the amount of testosterone that turns into DHT so you can run around with 3x normal levels of testosterone (good stuff like increased muscle mass/metabolism) and normal levels of DHT (no hair falling out, prostate enlargement, etc. but no libido problems either)
Finasteride doesn’t help with any steroid EXCEPT testosterone, in some cases like with Nandrolone/Deca finasteride actually makes hair loss worse
>Finasteride doesn’t help with any steroid EXCEPT testosterone
it will still block 5a-reduction for other steroids too
but some steroids are active on scalp receptors regardless (see

if you're looking for a hair-safe stack, test + eq + var is a good place to start.
but ofc the safest would be just test
also hgh and slin are hair safe (but ofc not exactly beginner compounds. and slin is legit dangerous)
Dude I hate to link MPMD but I’m not gonna write an essay about why finasteride only helps with testosterone. It won’t help with Dianabol or Equipoise, any DHT, any 19nor, etc.

you're not actually disagreeing with me?
i never said fin will help with anything else
i said it blocks 5a reduction, and that some compounds can cause hair loss despite this
>It won’t help with Dianabol or Equipoise
dbol is afaik a toss up. some say it rapes their hair, some say otherwise
eq is afaik very hairsafe (with or without fin)
>any dht
yes, obviously, those are already 5a-reduced
still var is generally regarded to be very hair safe, so i feel confident suggesting it
primo, like dbol, is a toss up. some say its safe, some say it makes them shed like a mf
>19-nors
again, no argument. with nand, there's some weird interaction going on, definitely a bad idea to combine it with fin
with tren, afaik it doesn't interact in any way, but tren is extremely hair unsafe anyway, so....
I got a prescription from my dermatologist and now pay $10 for 30 pills from mark cubans costplusdrugs
Where the frick do you morons live that you need a prescription for fin? I can literally just order it online from any legal drugstore here.

You shouldn't be proud of that. ~~*They*~~ want to keep you in check and go bald then join the 80% suicidal incel bald rate.
Same thing for test and AIs like aromasin/arimidex, nolvadex. That shit is all legal in here.
Why is this moronic animal assuming that we need to guess he is talking about South America as a whole when there are literally 10+ countries there? and then he gets salty and starts attacking Americans and euros kek, peak brown inferiority.

Lads my hair is fine, I just can't grow a beard worth a shit.
If I take Minoxidil to help grow my beard, if I ever stop taking it is my hair up top going to suffer from it?
Huh, neat. My stats: >nice thick head of hair >normal armpit hair >normal wiener pubes >no beard >no back hair >no chest hair except around my nipples >amazon rainforest covering my ass
So minox would potentially fix/balance out this mess?
Finasteride destroys 5-alpha reductase genes in the liver, muscles and testicles for zeroing sex drive, soft erection and muscle twitches, low ejaculation volume and semen production disorders.
Many guys over the world report lowered sex drive, erection power, seminal volume and Testosterone levels after taking Finasteride for just under 60 days.
It may take up to 3 years before experiencing the first negative side effects of the devastating castrating effects of Finasteride!
It has been also reported that it may stimulate breast tissue in men, or at least change the fat distribution around the chest, but it always drops down testosterone by at least 30% in the long term usage.
Finasteride causes such negative side effects long term because it decreases the testicular function, this lowering total testosterone, DHT and free testosterone levels.
Finasteride can easily make your testicles to shrink. After that is very hard for your brain to signal the pituitary gland to balance your LH (luteinizing hormone) and FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) ratios in order to bring back your testicular function to it's genetic blueprint.
>Finasteride destroys 5-alpha reductase genes in the liver, muscles and testicles for zeroing sex drive, soft erection and muscle twitches,
Not true >low ejaculation volume and semen production disorders.
It can impact spermiogenesis, but testosterone is more than enough to compensate for that and worst comes to worst you can get off the drug when you're trying to conceive. >Many guys over the world report lowered sex drive, erection power, seminal volume and Testosterone levels after taking Finasteride for just under 60 days.
PFS foundation anecdotes are not proof those morons think Lions Mane will turn them impotent. >It may take up to 3 years before experiencing the first negative side effects of the devastating castrating effects of Finasteride!
Absolutely 0 proof no data on this AT ALL. >It has been also reported that it may stimulate breast tissue in men, or at least change the fat distribution around the chest, but it always drops down testosterone by at least 30% in the long term usage.

Again, no proof bioscience junk. >Finasteride can easily make your testicles to shrink. I would much rather be bald than low test. Having hair and feeling like shit every day and having a limp dick is no way to live

South America you uncultured NApig/Eurotrash
Aren't you Black folk supposed to have good education in the first world?
Sorry I really don't give a shit about 3rd worlders. Of course that shit doesn't have prescription in your shithole.

Is the shedding bad?
Yeah, that's why you buzz cut for like 6 months
When does shedding begin? I tried it for a week and nothing happened.
A few weeks in. It's not overnight
it depends on the person, I never noticed any extra shedding at all
What is the correct dose to start with? 0.25 a day? I dont want to lower DHT more than I need to, just want to keep my hair.
1mg a day like the box says
Either that or 1mg M/W/F.
I do M/W/F and have not had any side effects and I have been on it for 3 years.
Any regrowth? If so how long for it to show? I've been on 2mg a day for 9 months and I'm still losing hair
>2mg
Why? Finasteride gives diminishing returns. The difference between 1 and 2mg is less than 1% difference in DHT lowering.
you can literally get a dutasteride prescription online

why is everyone talking about DHT like its an on off switch? Just because you take Fin doesnt mean it goes to 0 right?
No, fin lowers it by around 60%, dutasteride completely nukes it to zero which is why it actually does have side effects other than nocebo
What else does DHT do for you, though? Does removing it affect skin or other functions negatively?
depends on how schizophrenic the person you ask is. It's universally agreed that DHT is essential during puberty for men, though
DHT is responsible for turning men into men. Without it, you slowly turn into a femboy like Astolfo.
>DHT is responsible for turning men into men. Without it, you slowly turn into a femboy like Astolfo.
BRB taking 500 fin pills at once
well time to order fin then
considering getting Rogaine (Minoxidil) to STOP my hair loss. I've heard its pretty easy to stop what's happening, but once it's gone, it's gone.

depends on HOW gone it is, supposedly. but yeah probably don't count on it coming back.

moron here, how hard is it to buy with bitcoin? Can you summarize the whole process? I sign up in Binance or Kraken then what?
why not oral minoxidil?
fricks you up it's a blood vasodilator
those gays at Doctorly said at low doses it shouldn't be that bad, compared with other treatments.
Is Fin better in that regard?
