There are a ton of countries where you can bribe a doctor for a script that will still be good when you return home. You can also buy online a ton of different stuff, but they are mostly research chemicals. You can get pure Test online still, just make sure you get it from a reputable seller. Back in the 80s you could find people selling the stuff in every gym. You can probably still find some dealers around, but that would be the most risky way to get roids.
