I was never in my life fat because I can't let myself go like that
rucking has a terrible stimulus to fatigue ratio. To have any meaningful calf growth as quick as possible calves have to be worked as often as possible. 3-5 times a week. Rucking 3-5 times a week will destroy your gains everywhere else because you won't be able to recover. Rucking 1-2 times a week isn't enough to gain quickly.
If you want to build calves, focus solely on the calves. Do 15-20 reps on a calf machine or do one legged weighted calf raises. Honestly if you go to a gym you should look at what equipment they offer before asking this.
Yes. This is how you grow your calves. You work them frequently with high volume. Calf machine/Weighted calf raises. 3 sets of 15-20, 3 times a week is the minimum if you actually want your calf growth to pick up.
calf raises will mostly grow the gastroc when standing (chicken legs), or the soleus when sitting (fat people legs). If you want to grow the meat around and behind the shins so you're calves become those of actually capable people you won't have any other choice but to walk all day. Ideally up hills or mountains.

I used to do both BW calf raises every day and weighted calf raises on leg day but cycling 5-6 times a week is what helped me the most
It's over

Try OHpressing not by pushing the weight up towards the sky but by squatting away the earth below you.
My calves got enormous this way.
another terrible exercise if your focus is calves. generate whole body fatigue just to stimulate one tiny muscle group.
So a snatch squat?
Rucking, or just walking and being fat.

Be fat.
>no
Sorry daeg I don't know. Calves have a frick tiny ROM and need a shit ton of volume because of it.

Weighted stimulus is more effective. Walking all day trains endurance more than it stimulates muscle growth.
Running barefoot / with forefoot strike.
Jump rope.
Being fat.
>running on tippy toes
