Zoomies are fun to watch frick up their body, that lad has zero control on the transitional phases of that stupid ego lift and is gonna snap his shit up
Not when you're doing deadlifts. Good form is mandatory.

It's supposed to be an isolateral row machine. The flaw with isolateral rows machines is that it's still designed for bilateral exercise and users who see both sides are disconnected like to imagine it's a good idea to use it unilateral even though the machine is not designed for it.
why are both ways leading to roidtrannies?
roidtrannies can workout for 5min once a week and they will still get ripped as frick (at the cost of destroying all their internals)
if ur doing progressive overload compounds hurting strength adaptions not resting. Sam and young people in their 20s enjoy chasing that pumped look for that mental feel good but ultimately its a waste of time.
He does not have a good gauge how much time he wasting in the gym with all the drugs he taking.
They're both roidtroony extremes. One can get away with training for 30 minutes because the level of gear he's on will make him blow up in response to any anount of stimulus.
The other is able to train every day because the gear makes him recover faster and allows him to get away with junk volume.
>training for 30 minutes
You really don't need to lift for more than 30 minutes each training day. If you are, you're doing too much junk volume. >recover faster and allows him to get away with junk volume.
The reason he can do the junk volume is because junk volume is not very fatiguing and all his sets are junk volume. By definition, high volume routines are junk volume. If you're training with any meaningful amount of intensity, you're not going to be able to do more than a moderate weekly volume.
If you must work out every day then at least change things up so it's cardio on one day and then lifting on the next. You do need to give your body and muscles time to recover. The absolute minimum of rest time is a day and half if you are going all out. You will actually make faster progress if you rest properly.
i don't want to train hard and i don't want to spend the minimal amount of time in the gym. i just like to go in the gym for at least an hour every day because working out makes me happy. I go full ROM because the full ROM stretch usually feels good unless it's on spooky shit like preacher curls. fricking around on new machines is fun. Varying up what I'm doing is fun. I'll go hard if I feel really good that day and the other days I'll work muscles in preparation for the days I'll go hard. Why can't someone just enjoy themselves at the gymnasium? the only linear progression i need is progression to the next enjoyable lift
unfortunately I am not roided out of my mind so I need to rest
4 times a week 1hour plus cardio
Left
There's no scientific proof that rest days reduce injury

that's a myth
Tell that to all the residents of snap city
LOL
>ima be in my 20s forever frfr...aint no shit snapping
You guys are the same as young people ever were. Its funny to watch.
Not when you're doing deadlifts. Good form is mandatory.
Seriously.
To me it's sad. We failed them and now they destroy themselves and overuse words like clout.
>snap
What the frick does this machine even work? What is the benefit of doing that instead of bent over rows?
So you don't present your ass to the whole fricking gym gay boy
not frick up your lower back

Your pants don't bunch up awkwardly while bending over and everyone laughs at you
Look I know most of you motherfrickers dontnlifr but you need to attend the gym at least once to figure this shit out.
Dude's forearm bones are going AAAAIIIIEEEEEEEEEEE STOP
yes bro let me just work out again tomorrow after squatting 500 pounds
maybe you dont need rest days if you lift b***h light weights
fricking 30min 3days/week meme shit try the consolidation program: 20min 1/week gaygtos

Whichever works best for you ofc
I'm going with the guy who makes arm farts.
We simply must go back to vintage-sized watches
>watchgay is a wristlet gaymur.
Color me surprised
Both of them have moronic training philosophy but at least Sam doesn't pretend to be some Epic Science-Backed Wisdom Provider
>30 minute sam ramble pre and post workout
that 21 year old wisdom let me tell ya
unfortunately I am not roided out of my mind so I need volume
In my 40’s. Squat three times a week, bench every other day. Sprinting, swimming or mountain bike on the days I'm not lifting.
Oh and pull ups every week day, dips and rows on benching days.
since Im not a roidtroony I turn 360 degrees and walk away
>listening to anything roid troonys say about fitness
Ngmi
>3 days a week
>overtraining
pick 2
Is that David from Hilda?
the middle.
you dont need breaks, just switch muscle groups, moron

Neither so natty.
5 times a week (skipping leg day, obviously), 4 de facto
definitely the one on the left.
I don't listen to cheaters, their advice is meaningless to me.
Do as many days as you can within reason, if that's only 3 times a week for 30 minutes you're a little pussy, but it's better than nothing.
