    It's literally a 10x difference in time spent without even considering the actual intensity of the training.

    this was me in the beginning. started out underweight full on skelemode. took 2 years to reach what I would consider normal male size, both in weight and muscle mass. thankfully I've eclipsed that now without the need for roids.
