Spinach, tomatoes, carrots, sugar snap peas, snow peas, green beans, broccoli, onions, squash, zucchini, cucumber, egg plant, asparagus...really I'll eat just about anything. Not a big fan of brussel sprouts I guess, although I won't turn them down if someone makes them for a family get together or something.

I only eat local in-season vegetables, frick everything else. Now with winter coming it's mostly a frickload of sauerkraut, my favorite. Sauerkraut + any quality piece of meat, life is good.
