.... white people retain more vitamin d than anyone else, you shouldn't need this unless you just don't go out at all when the sun is out. Now colored people? Yeah they should take this, should have started at the start of the month really.

This I stop taking it 4-5 months every year just so I can empty my reserves.

You mean black people? White people absorb more. Either way you should be taken vitamin D supplements just to be safe.

White people actually live in regions where it gets dark, they dont spend much time outside and most of the time they spend outside, their skin is covered. You're not going to get enough vit d during a week where the days last 6 hrs and its constantly overcast

White people literally evolved to survive in this environment. It's all the shitskins who need supplements during the winter months.

I don't think you're actually from a country with dark winters. Everyone here supplements vitamin D

He prbbly thinks that you get d3 from any sunlughts and completely unaware that fpr half the year uvb doesn't even reach the earth.
In top of that, in the winter whites were eating mostly fish and meat that contained d3. Modern animals on a farm don't get any sunlight.
On top of that, d3 is responsible for hybernation. With low d3 we accumulate fat, sleep a lot without any deep or rem sleep and the body is in a survival mode, not spending much resources on the immune system. While now we can get summer fruit and vegetables and live comfortably in the winter. No need to hybernate, when you can just supplement d3 and have infinite summer for your body.

        Anonymous

Why do you think we have white skin, dipshit? Lmao. homie go outside for a walk in the glorious chilly October afternoon. But yes you should still take d3 as everyone seems to be a shut in loser who avoids the outdoors nowadays, even during summer which is when you're supposed to be outside building up your vitamin d stores. I for one hardly lift during summer, I just run and do a ton of calisthenics. Neat and fun way to get D.

Well when you live around Black folk and you hear gunshots every other day and, Hungry pit-bulls roaming and cops at someones house once a month you tend to stay indoors. Go outside so I can hear the Black folk 60 meters away standing right next to each other yelling about nothing in boon-speak. Or hear the godawful busted pioneer 12 inch he traded weed for 6 years ago, playing gas station rapper cds. Yeah, nah ill chill with my noise-canceling headphones and listen to progressive rock and read about christian mysticism.

nobody goes outside grandpa. literally everyone is suffering from vit D deficiency. they don't even test you for it on doctor checkups anymore because they just assume you're deficient. I once asked them to check it and they looked at me confused like I was wasting their time, then they were amazed that I wasn't deficient when the results came back.

      ''Muh race''
      Ok
It isn't the only factor. Some drugs literally inhibit or low the absorption rates of vit d:
-caffeine and all the alkaloids (included some drugs loved here like adderal, modafinil, coke, etc)
      - alcohol
      - SSRI
      - fat blocking agents like orlistat
      - insulin control agents like metformin and berberine
      - bupropion
      - opioids
      - shits like antipsychotics
      - focal seizuser, migraine and epilepsy drugs like topiramate

How the frick did you get toxicity from 5k iu?
That's around the recommended amount you would get from the recommended sunlight exposure daily.
Maybe your symptoms were from not taking enough K2 with it?

      Anonymous

You might be low on magnesium, boron, k2, vit a, zinc, etc. Just look up d3 cofactors.
Otherwise there was no sides on doses lower than 30k iu. You should offer your body for research, but prbbly you are just deficient on magnesium or k2.

If your levels are constantly low then you're not gonna get toxicity from supplementing. You might just be allergic to something in the pills.

It's real but it's not with laborers it's with surfers. They're not sure why if it's salt water effecting their skin ecosystem, if it's the tan harming it, or if it's something about half of them being vegan and affecting d3 transportation. Too many unknowns to really be useful except to say that sun exposure may not be all there is d vitamins.

      Anonymous

Anon these lamps are designed to not emit UV light. They do nothing for vit d synthesis.

        Anonymous

There are lamps that are 60% uvb. But yea, you are right, regular uv lamps are limited to 2% of uvb by EU laws...

          Anonymous

Okay, but none of this applies to daylight lamps. They're not LITERALLY making sunlight, they just try to mimic the visible part of the spectrum. It's those lamps people use as mood boosters in winter. Staring into one needs to be safe because that's their entire fricking purpose. If there is a non-neglegible amount of ANY uv radiation coming from your lightbox, you should sell it to your nemesis asap.

If youve got any of the numerous insidious health problems that increase your blood calcium, high vit D intake is going to make it worse. Only the most dense of supptards believe you can shovel down high doses of random shit your body would never encounter in nature, without side effects
